Beatrice is one of the founding members of Maccini Voccio & Jordan, LLC. Beatrice focuses her practice on public entity defense, including the representation of public officials, law enforcement, boards of education, planning and zoning commissions, emergency response personnel and other municipal employees in a broad spectrum of general liability, professional liability and civil rights claims.

She has over twenty years of experience defending claims involving civil rights violations, unreasonable use of force, false arrest, malicious prosecution, wrongful conviction, as well as claims of negligence, nuisance and highway defect. In addition, she has served as appellate counsel for numerous public entities and municipal employees before the Connecticut Appellate Court, Connecticut Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
